BRING IT ON!
Pleased to see that OMG it's 6 is in 3rd place at this point - we are going to give the other teams a run for their money! That said, I was bummed to be slowed down by a cold this weekend - hope to kick it soon...while I was sorry to miss the special Cardio Sport class - thanks team for representing! - it was nice to get away with my family to hit the slopes. This week I am excited to be trying the 5-day ReBoot by Joos...interesting to try to eliminate dairy, gluten and such...for Day One, I think I did pretty well. Looking forward to Week Three - see you all in the AM!

I can vividly remember how stinkin' proud I was after the last Team Training session when I was able to buy pants one size smaller....starting this year's team training, I wear one size smaller still. If I can drop those last few pounds, I'll be right where I want to be. Thanks for all of the support FFY!

Not sure why, but our fearless leader Haymitch, er uh I mean Kristin, must have put us through some sort of inner thigh torture routine yesterday. Anyone else feeling the burn???

The day after the start...
Meeting and doing first training workout with trainer yesterday was great. Today the kids have no school and my husband will be home very late so probably not going to make it. I am hoping to use yesterday at motivation to use the treadmill in my basement for a workout! Will update post later with my success or failure.
I finally made it to the treadmill at 0800 that night...30 min plus a quick ab workout!

Looking Forward to 8 Weeks
So glad to be able to be doing Team Training again! Definitely keeps me motivated.

First, I finally figured out I couldn't do this on my iphone so now I can actually read and post. Second, I am anxiously awaiting starting the 2nd week of team training. I haven't really convinced myself I can do this yet but I'm looking forward to some extra motivation from Kristin tonight and look forward to seeing some good results by the end! Here goes everything!!

So I've met Ana and Lynn and we are ready to go with Team Training! It's a great group and I know we are going to get in shape! Nice meeting you all, see you soon!
Week 1 Scorecards
For those of you who have already lost your week 1 score cards you can pick up an extra copy at the gym. There are extras in a folder in front of the office. (see attached picture) Also, it is there where you will pass in your score cards each week. :) Hope everyone is feeling great after a fantastic week 1! Remember to keep up the good habits over the weekend! 
Relieved...
It's such a relief to have the support of a team and Kristin for the next 7 weeks. It makes it just that much easier to push myself (even if I'm still a little bleary eyed at that hour - it was so much easier to get up at that hour when I was 25). Looking forward to the rest of our journey Team OMG...It's 6.

Team Training Day 3
Hey everyone! This is my first time participating in FFY Team Training and my first time blogging so go easy on me ;)
I wanted to share an oatmeal/pancake recipe I love. It's packed with protein and will keep you energized through all of your morning workouts right through to lunch. It's easy and yummy too. enjoy!
1/4 cup plain instant oatmeal
2 TBS natural peanut butter
1-2 servings liquid egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Stevia to taste (optional)
agave
Mix all ingredients together except agave. Use a non stick spray to heat a fry pan. Pour mixture into pan and cook 3-5 minutes each side. Remove from pan and drizzle with agave.
You can add berries or bananas to it too.

I HEART Team Training!
So I'm back for Round Four of Team Training...I love it - so motivating, so fun and gets me pumped up to work out! Even at 6 am! Which is new for me - I've always opted for the afternoon sessions but I decided to challenge myself and knock it out first thing in the morning. We'll see how it goes! As for names for our team of six - I'll give it a shot...the Sensational Six, Six-Tastic, Sasstastic Six, Slammin' Six, Super Sassy Six...looking forward to Thursday! Go TEAM!!!
