I stopped working out back in the Spring and choosing to do the Team Training again this year was the best thing I could have done for myself....what a way to kickstart the new year and my butt!!!! So so happy to be back - as the song says....."hurts so good"!!!! (thanks to YOU Charlene:)

ReplyDeleteI feel great after only 2 sessions with Kristen-mostly in my core. I'm using my stomach muscles again! Off to workout now and looking forward to it!
