Welcome to Team Training 2012!!!

I want to personally welcome you all to Team Training 2012.  Thank you for participating in this fantastic program, which will be run by the 3 best personal trainers in North Andover!  I wish you all luck in achieving your personal and team goals over the next 8 weeks.  However, please keep in mind that luck is not the key to achieving your goals - self-discipline is.  Please know that you are accountable for yourself first, and your teammates and trainer next.  DO NOT let any of those people down!  This will take a lot of hard work, but we can assure you if you follow the guidance and instruction of your trainer, and hold yourself accontable both at the gym and at home (especially with your diet), you will see the results you are looking for!

We are looking forward to working with you and seeing you often!  Please use all that we have to offer here at the gym, including the sauna and showers for warm up and recovery.  This is a very fun place to be - we will do our best to make this a pleasant experience for you.  If we can do anything along the way to help, please let us know.  We love your ideas and suggestions (not necessarily your complaints though:))

I will be creating several challenges that can only be found here in the blog.  These challenges will earn you and your team extra points, so please pay attention and be sure to read my posts!

Today's challenge:

Please submit thru the comment section of this post a quote that contains the word "fitness", "health", or "nutrition" in it.  This will earn you and your team 5 points!  Good luck!

Chief Operating Officer of Team Training (COOTT)

  14. I think exercise tests us in so many ways, our skills, our hearts, our ability to bounce back after setbacks. This is the inner beauty of sports and competition, and it can serve us all well as adult athletes.

No matter what their response, you need to be firm and hold your ground. At the end of the day, your health is your responsibility.” Jillian Michaels
