Rapid Blasters...ready to blast some fat & get fit in 2012!!

Well I've taken a few group fitness classes over the past couple of weeks. Sucked but I loved it! Getting used to moving and sweating again. Now it's time for some Team Training...nothing like some good ol' competition to make things happen. :).

  1. I didn't know my rib cage could hurt so much..feeling the muscles get stronger is an awesome feeling!!! Keep up the good work Laureen and Colleen!!! Only 7 weeks left!!
