We had a mini-hurricaine here on Roatan last night, with unbelievable winds and torrential downpours. This morning the wind is still here and the wind is still roaring, creating awesome waves, and making running on the beach a challenge. So, I made up a new workout: how close can I run along to the water without getting my feet wet by the rolling, unpredicatble waves. It sure was different than a treadmill!
I'm wondering what my Five For Fighting teammates have been up to and what Lisa has in store for them tonight.....

ReplyDeleteSounds like you're having fun in the sun! Monday night with the team was great...tons and tons of pushups! We also did legs,abs and biceps....you should know Lisa by now...she threw everything at us! Tonight's cardio will be challenging...it always is! Enjoy the rest of your vacation!!!
I'm hoping to make it to yoga Sunday morning....if all our flights go as planned (lol). Even though I've been doing things on my own, it's not the same as being at the gym with my teammates!
