New pain coming soon to a session for you :)

Ashley and I just learned some awesome new Bosu ball workouts and exercises! I cannot wait to be able to show all my teams some fun (yes I said fun)new and different ways to get in shape. You can thank Ashley's friend Kerri for showing us these innovative exercises that will surely have you in the best pain you ever felt :) go to Ashley's bodypump express too for more of the same torture AND points. :) keep up the great work! I am loving this blog , I can even say it motivates me to work harder!

    Loving the workouts though!! They are tough, but great!
