BODYPUMP ROCKED

8:15 am brought some sleepy members into the launch of BODYPUMP 72! But once the blood started pumping, the energy soared. Who needs coffee?? (ahhhh....I do!)

Great to have some team training participants in class this morning. Awesome job everyone. Special thanks to my instructor team of Lisa and Darci for all your hard work in preparing for the class. You all Rock!
