Whoa

I'm sore already.  And it was only this morning we worked out!  That was the toughest class yet, physically.  (The toughest class mentally was the first - when I had to talk myself in to walking in the door.)

What happened to the D-O in Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness?  I might need to steal some of my husband's Epsom Salts for a bath.  See photo, infra.
