I have been nursing a hip strain so sitting and standing have been difficult apart from the workouts with Dean. My team is amazing. These women work hard and sweat a lot. That is a poke bc someone commented I wasn't sweating as much...I am injured. Seriously, my teammates are an inspiration to me. We all work and have families and some have young kids to shuffle and they make the time to fulfill this commitment to themselves, the team and Dean. I am very impressed!!
Here is to a big week coming up and having a great weekend of staying the course and putting yourself first bc this is your time to reach this fitness goal.
I think as we enter week 4 the key thing here is not only to stay motivated but to listen to our bodies. We are all working out at a higher intensity than we are used to and sometimes our mind is willing but our bodies are not! Rest is just as important as exercise right?! Let's all stay focused and fit and well!
